Challenge
Betclic wanted an original, shareable YouTube film around padel to animate their channel.
The ask: a hard surprise, funny and memorable; engagement with a young sport-and-entertainment audience; creators people already trust in padel.
What we did
Concept: Sacha (@borgsacha) and MarcelinZ (@MarcelinZz) play three pairs on the padel court set under the Tour Eiffel. They do not know the last pair is a setup.
We cast Jules Marie, ex-ATP (peak 203), pro padel player, YouTube 130K+, and Clément Filho (Le Chiquiteur), pro padel (FR #38 at the time), Instagram 19K+.
Both spent 4+ hours in makeup as fake grandpas. Slow walk, bent backs, bad grip. Then they dropped the act at the end of the match.
